Saino Specialty Door Systems are designed for use in pharmaceutical
facilities, factories, processing plants and other facilities
requiring manual and automated doors with an attractive appearance.
The Model 51,000, 53,000, 53,000V, 55,000, and 57,000 on this
page, are doors that utilize a premounted casing system. This
allows for easy installation and provides exceptional seals.
With casing mounted doors, most of the weight of the door can
be transferred to the floor through the casings. Doors are available
single slide and center parting.

Tel System hardware is used on the Model 51,000,
53,000, 55,000 and 57,000 doors.
Smooth, Quiet Track System
All Saino Specialty Door Systems utilize Tel Track hardware,
an aluminum extrusion with ball bearing nylatron wheels and
guide rollers. The Tel System is designed for years of trouble
free service and quiet operation. A Track Hood is included as
standard equipment.
High Cycle & Positive Seal
The Model 51,000 is an economical door system best suited for
high cycle applications where a positive seal is required it
utilizes modular panel construction with 20 gauge primed steel
skins and 14 gauge edge caps.

Attractive Appearance
The Model 53,000 door is well suited for applications requiring
rugged panel construction with attractive appearance it has
a welded tubular steel frame with a minimum 22 gauge primed
steel finish.

high visibility is required.
High Visibility
The Model 53,000V is best suited for locations where high visibility
is needed in an opening. Areas used by personnel and motorized
traffic are safer when obstructions are minimized by large vision
panels.
Aluminum Panel Construction
The Model 55,000 series door is designed for use in areas where
high usage and aesthetic appeal are considerations. Door panels
can be full or partial glass to match applications, such as
hospitals, industrial, and institutional facilities. This door
is fabricated using 1 3/4" aluminum extrusion in a stile
and rail construction. Recessed panels can be either aluminum
finish or glass.

Model 57,000 Pharmaceutical Door is ideal for
wash-down applications.
Pharmaceutical Application Doors
The Model 57,000 series door has an internal welded tube frame
with PVC, ABS, Kydex, or Fiberglass finish. All exposed steel
including jamb casings, window frames, and capping channels
are #304 stainless steel. The door panels are constructed so
that the stainless steel cap channels and window trim are flush
with the surface of the panel. This is accomplished by recessing
the channel into the cladding material without penetrating into
the interior of the door. These features allow this product
to be used in a wide spectrum of conditions including wash-down
applications.

Specifications
Model 51,000 Series
Doors shall be 51,000 Series as manufactured by Saino Mfg Co.,
Memphis, TN. Panels are constructed of 20 ga. cold rolled face
sheets bonded to a Kraft honeycomb core. Panels have 18 ga.
interior channels Multiple panels are assembled with 14 ga.
capping channels and 10 ga. bottom guide roller channel and
have surface applied splice plates. Doors ship prime painted.
Model 53,000 Series
Doors shall be 53,000 Series as manufactured by Saino Mfg.
Co., Memphis, TN. Panels are constructed using 2'' x 2"
x 14 ga. welded steel tube framework with a Kraft honeycomb
core. Face sheets of minimum 22 ga. steel are securely bonded
to core material. Multiple panel doors are encased in heavy
gauge perimeter channels and attached together by back-to-back
14 ga. channels.
Model 55,000 Series
Doors shall be 55,000 Series as manufactured by Saino Mfg.
Co., Memphis, TN. Panels are constructed using 1 3/4" anodized
aluminum extrusions in a stile and rail construction, 125''
thickness (Glass and glazing by others).
Model 57,000 Series
Doors shall be 57,000 Series as manufactured by Saino Mfg.
Co., Memphis, TN. Panels are constructed using 1 1/2" x
1 1/2'' x 14 ga. welded tube steel framework with Kraft honeycomb
core. Face sheets are 125" thick acrylic PVC, ABS, or Fiberglass.
Each panel is surrounded by a stainless steel capping channel
with bottom guide roller channel. Exposed steel on door to be
#304 stainless steel with #3 finish.
Efficient Tel Track System
All Systems equipped with the Tel Track System utilizing an
aluminum track system with ball bearing nylatron wheels and
guide rollers. Track system is mounted to a pre-engineered casing
system. Closed end track hood and perimeter gaskets are standard.
Options
