Simple Design
Box Track hardware and modular panel construction offer simple
solutions for fire door requirements. If a manual sliding fire
door is what you need, the Model 1000 or 2000 series doors are
the answer!
Versatile Door System
The Model 1000 system incorporates modular panel construction
with a honeycomb core. The Model 2000 series is constructed
with a calcium silicate core for 250° F, 30 minute temperature
rise rating. Large openings and wind load applications use tubular
steel panel construction. Doors come with standard 14 ga. Box
Track hardware. Heavy-duty track and Self-Cleaning Blade Track
Systems are also available.

Easy Roll Track type hardware is used on the
Model 3000 and 4000.
Lowest Rolling Friction
Easy Roll hardware system gives this door the lowest rolling
friction of any fire door on the market. The track system is
covered by a ten year warranty and is recommended for applications
where high usage is expected. The Easy Roll system can be motorized
without additional track hardware.
Superior Panel Construction
Standard Model 3000 panel construction utilizes 20 ga. interior
framing channels and 14 ga. perimeter channels. The Model 4000
system utilizes the same design with a calcium silicate core
in place of honeycomb to offer a 250° F, 30 minute temperature
rise label.

PREMOUNTED
Premounted Fire Door System Model 50,000 shown
with optional two pass doors, 10" x 10" vision panels,
and panic hardware providing double egress.
Casing mounted fire doors are an excellent choice for applications
with high usage where appearance is important. Standard features
include 20 min. to 4 hour rating, low headroom track system,
concealed binders, and panel mounted gaskets. Doors are available
single slide or center parting. Casing mount design provides
adequate spacing on both sides of panel to install surface mounted
or mortised hardware for handicap access.
Heavy-Duty Panel Construction
Welded panel construction provides structural integrity for
large openings. Up to four 3'8" wide pass doors can be
installed in a single opening. Heavy gauge perimeter channel
encloses panel and eliminates surface mounted fasteners.
